Felipe Oliveira is Head of Finance and Accounting at Fifth Ocean Group, with more than 15 years of experience in finance, project management, and industrial operations across Brazil’s energy and infrastructure sectors.

Previously, Felipe served as Controller at Gas Natural Açu, Latin America’s largest LNG-to-power project. His background includes corporate consulting at Deloitte and senior finance, strategy, risk management and M&A roles at Votorantim, and Prumo Logistica, where he was most recently responsible for business development and market intelligence.

Felipe brings deep experience across financial governance, large-scale project execution, and capital allocation in complex industrial environments.



He holds an Executive MBA in Finance from INSPER and a degree in industrial engineering from the Federal University Fluminense (UFF) in Brazil.
