Max Smouha-Ho is a Senior Investment Professional at Fifth Ocean Group, with over a decade of experience in investment banking and strategic advisory.

He has advised corporates and financial sponsors on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financing transactions across financial services, real assets, and industrial sectors. Prior to Fifth Ocean, Max was a Founding Principal at Barrenjoey Capital Partners in Sydney, and held roles at Japanese investment bank Nomura and several boutiques advisory firms.

Max has extensive experience executing corporate takeovers, structuring debt and equity financing packages for corporates and financial sponsors, building acquisition and operating models, as well as coordinating commercial due diligence processes.



He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
